Dear Visitor, Before you can complete your reservation, please read carefully: ELIGIBILITY FOR SNORKELING/INTRODUCTORY DIVE The minimum age for Snorkeling with the dolphins is 10 years old. The minimum age for: Introductory dive is 8 years old. For reasons of water safety, each participant in snorkeling or introductory dive activities is required to sign a “medical declaration” before participating. The following details may prohibit you from joining the above activities. Should you need any advice due to your health condition, please contact us by email or fax. IF YOU SUFFER FROM ANY OF THE CONDITIONS BELOW, LISTED AS “LIMITATIONS” YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ABOVE ACTIVITIES: Respiratory problems, sinus problems, asthma, heart problems, high/low blood pressure, ear infections, epilepsy, diabetes, recent operation or illness, claustrophobia, pregnancy, use of drugs or medication, or any other limitations. Certified Divers, please note: Israeli diving law requires all certified divers to have a logged dive within the past six months. If it has been longer than six months since your last dive, you are required to do a refresh dive. It is also required by the law that each certified diver has local dive insurance, which can be purchased at the site. Do not forget to bring your diving certificate and logbook.
Charge Your credit card will be charged 48 hours prior to the time of the activity you reserved.
Cancellation Policy All cancellations or changes must be made 48 hours in advance. If, for any reason you arrive late, do not complete the activity, or have claims that are not found to be justified by the management of Dolphin Reef Dive Center, we are sorry that we cannot make any refunds. Please note: If any situation arises, which in the opinion of Dolphin Reef management creates any chance of endangering the customer's safety or might result in causing distress of the dolphins, we reserve the right to cancel the reserved activities without any prior notice. |
